The Pembroke Regional Hospital Foundation is throwing the 3rd Annual Valentine's Dance in support of bringing an MRI machine to the Pembroke hospital.
Donors with accumulated contributions of $5,000 or more will be recognized on the “Donor Wall”. A category plaque bearing the name of the individual, family, organization or corporation will appear at the appropriate category corresponding with the total accumulated pledge. The Donor Wall is located prominently in Tower B, across from the Mural Café, and will serve as a permanent reminder of those who have provided generous support of the Pembroke Regional Hospital Foundation.

The Pembroke Regional Hospital Foundation supports programs and services integral to the advancement of health care in our community by raising, managing, and distributing funds to the Pembroke Regional Hospital. Funds support the purchase of equipment and the development of services which provide opportunities for the Hospital to grow and expand with the demand of our region.
Cyclists of all ages and abilities rode through the Bonnechere Valley in support of charity, raising $3000 for MRI and $500 for the local food bank.

Launched from heartbreak, the Healing Wishesprogram at the Pembroke Regional Hospital helps to provide comfort to families suffering the loss of a child from conception to early infancy, aiming to help find a path forward to healing and hope. The Ferguson family lost a baby in the second trimester and in grieving, wished they had something more to hold onto. It was through this heartbreak that the first memory boxes were created. When the Popke family lost a baby at 37 weeks in 2011, they were given a memory box made by the Ferguson’s.
