$4,000 donated to MRI Campaign and other hospitals
Over the last year, the owners of George Jackson Toyota Scion have saved towards this donation to ensure that the Pembroke Regional Hospital Foundation MRI Image Matters campaign, the Arnprior & District Memorial Hospital, Deep River District Hospital, Renfrew Hospital, and St. Francis Memorial Hospitals received and equitable contribution.
“We are honoured to receive the donation,” said Dr. Kevin Roach on behalf of the Pembroke Regional Hospital Foundation. “The MRI has arrived and we are hoping to have it operational for the start of November. Thanks to the generosity of Renfrew County, we have entered the final phase of the campaign with less than $240,000 to raise!”
To date, over $4,260,000 has been raised towards the purchase and installation of an MRI at the regional hospital. With less than $240,000 remaining in their goal, it is the perfect time to be a part of the movement to improving access to comprehensive health care, closer to home.
